    We do not ship to third parties or other addresses than the billing address as it appears on the credit card holder.

    If you have moved or do need to ship to a different address, you will need to contact us, we may request some other means to proof identity. Otherwise, order will ship to the billing address. An additional charge of $6.75 apply to ship to a different address (if approved)

    We do not guarantee any shipments made to P.O. Box.  We are not responsible for forwarding instructions at delivery time.

    
    Cancellation Policy
    
    after your order has been processed by the system cannot be canceled or refused on delivery. Please contact us to arrange your order. Cancelation after order is processed is subject to 15% processing fee. Cancelations or refused orders after shipment are subject to 50% restocking fee. Shipping cost is not refundable. We do ship using USPS ONLY.
    
    Return Policy

    Store Credit Only.  No Refunds.

    We offer store credit for returned merchandise, such us, ordering the wrong item, changing for other product or other situations approved by us. No refunds. We do not offer "try out”. All returned products have to be unopened and sealed. Shipping cost for return is customer responsibility. You will need a RNA number before returning merchandise, contact us please. We do not refund returned packages due to incorrect address. Due to the nature of the product, claims have to be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
