Shipping & Returns

It is our hope that you love our products and are completely satisfied with your Feng Shui purchase. All our items are quality-checked, cleansed and energized before shipment.  

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer replacements and store credits if you are not satisfied or have received the wrong item. If you need to return items, please contact us at 1888-688-2088, fill out our contact us form or simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under My Account menu and click the Return Item button. We'll provide you an RMA via e-mail to proceed with the return. We do not refund damaged items, we offer replacements. 

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Returned items must be in original packaging and in new conditions. Please place your claim within 24 hours following delivery of your order for damage items.

SHIPPING

We can ship to any address. Orders requiring to ship to different addresses other than the billing will be verified. We are not responsible for forwarding instructions at the time of delivery.  Shipments to PO Box are not guaranteed.  Abandoned, refused or unclaimed packages or packages that have been returned due to incorrect address will receive a store credit. Shipping cost is not refundable in such situations.

SAME DAY - CANCELLATION POLICY

We process your order quickly: orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day.  To receive a full refund, cancellation must be done via email, the same day the order is placed and before shipment cut-off time 5.00 pm ET. Cancellations or refused order on delivery are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS POLICY

Now offering successful international deliveries! 

We ship via US Mail unless the customer decides to pay for a private carrier, such as: DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

A tracking number is provided to our customers via email in order to trace the shipment.

However, please note: US mail will only trace the parcel up until it enters another country. After that, we cannot be held responsible once the package is handled by the local carrier of that country. Our tracking number serves as proof that we have fulfilled your order. We are responsible for any issues that the parcel may have within US territory, but once the parcel enters another country we can not be held responsible if the local carrier fails the delivery under any circumstances.

If you want to get a full trace, we suggest paying for DHL or UPS service. In this case, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide this service for you.
