The bedroom is one of the most important areas of the home to incorporate proper Feng Shui techniques as it is where we take the time to rejuvenate our bodies and our minds through sleep. Good sleep is essential for good energy, and the bedroom is often the key to creating the right environment that brings positive chi into our lives. The bedroom should have a good quality energy that flows freely.

Here are some tips to help you accomplish proper Feng Shui in the bedroom:

•       If you have a TV, computer or exercise equipment in your bedroom, the good Feng Shui energy is destroyed. Remove these items from the bedroom immediately.
•       Always be sure to have good quality fresh air inside your bedroom. You can accomplish this by keeping your windows open often or by using a high quality air-purifier.
•       The lighting in your bedroom is extremely important. Install a dimmer switch so that you can adjust the energy in the room according to your needs. Light is the number one nutrient and the strongest manifestation of energy, and being able to manipulate it with your rest and waking cycles will increase positive energy tremendously.
